When I click on Point Store from the admin set up menu (where you would set prices, add custom items, etc.) I get the following error.

Code

A language entry is missing: PT_delete_anything_filedump (ocPortal version: 3.1.0, PHP version: 4.4.4, URL: /adminzone/pg/admin_pointstore/p)
Here is the stack trace:

Below is a stack trace revealing the state ocPortal was in when the error occured. If this represents a bug in ocPortal's unmodified software, you may want to check ocportal.com for a fix, and if there isn't one, report this as a bug. Please note that merely posting a stack trace is not sufficient for us to solve your problem; the stack trace is just an aid that presents us with additional information. We still need to know the error message, the human situation, version numbers, and any other appropriate information.
We apologise for this problem and hope you will work with us so that we can fix it promptly.

Any one have any ideas what file is missing/corrupt? I can't seem to find anything missing, even tried going back to 3.0.17 from a back up and re-installing the upgrade.  No luck.

Hello,

It looks like you've installed the enterprise files that I recently posted, then deleted them. If this is the case, putting the lang/EN/filedump.ini file back should fix the problem. The proper fix would be to have properly uninstalled the filedump module, but just putting that .ini file back won't cause any harm.

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply. I didn't install and delete the enterprise files you posted. I'm wasn't even sure what they were. So I did a search of these forums and found the post you referenced and extracted and uploaded the filedump.ini file, needless to say that didn't work. This is the error I got with the filedump.ini in the /lang/en:

Code

A language entry is missing: PT_view_others_tickets (ocPortal version: 3.1.0, PHP version: 4.4.4, URL: /adminzone/pg/admin_pointstore/p)

After removing the filedump.ini file I went back to the original error.

Sorry about this, obviously my diagnosis was completely wrong. I'm a little rushed for time at this minute and I'll get back to you later, but now I can recommend the temporary measure of also uploading all the other .ini files from the enterprise zip.

Hi,

I've given this some further thought. One other possibility is that your install originally came from a 2-series release, and that you've upgraded a few times. The filedump (and ticket module) were removed from version 3 onwards, but a legacy of it was left in the database, and it was confusing the new pointstore enhancements.
The fix I mentioned above is the best one, but for everyone else, we'll make sure this is fixed in 3.1.1.

Thanks, for taking some time and providing some assistance here I appreciate it. Yes this is an upgrade from a 2.6.x version sorry I guess I should have mentioned that to begin with. Uploading the remaining .ini files in the enterprise zip did the trick.

One more note, as a FYI, when I run the file integrity scan in force upgrader it tells me I should delete those .ini files.
