whenever I try to upload files, I get errors

Hello all€ first of all let me say I'm sorry if this has come up before, I tried searching but didn't reveal anything.

This is specifically happening when I try to upload an attachment to a CEDI page, but it happens with other upload forms too.

When I try to upload a file I get this error:

Code

A template file is missing: PAGE_BUTTON (version: 4.0.5, PHP version: 5.2.8, URL: /site/index.php?page=cedi&type=misc&id=1%2F7%2F10&redirected=1)

I have no idea what this means. O_o Can someone please help me out with what I need to do to fix this?

I can post the stack trace if that's helpful, but I couldn't figure out how to format it so it's readable.

Thanks!

Hi,

This is a bug in the version you're using. It'll be fixed in the next patch release, due out very soon.

Was I helpful?
  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about ocPortal whenever you see the opportunity.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.
