Permission Tree : CEDI - Admin checkboxes missing

I checked the permission tree for CEDI and noticed that the checkboxes for Administrators were gone. Can anyone tell me if this is normal ?

I thought I could not delete my test CEDI post because a Delete button was not visible on it. (an Edit and Move button was available though). I found later that if you click the edit button and go to the edit post page, there is a checkbox to delete the post. I would like to ask for a Delete button to be added, next to the Edit and Move Buttons. (Whenever you have time, I know the ocPortal staff is super busy) No Delete Button With Delete Button
