Server move, can't view /upgrader.php?type=misc

Hi Chris,

I am in the process of moving the site to my new M$ server 2012 with IIS8.5 and PHP 7.0.7.

After a number of problems which I've resolved thanks to the stack info, the basics are running but I've not been able to see the content of the upgrader page (and no stack trace) once logged into the upgrader.

I know it's a permissions issues so I want to run the 'Check Permissions' option to see where I need to make changes manually (as I've done in the past). Is there a way I can run this from the address bar or can you give me a pointer to what files/folders I need to change permissions on to be able to view this page?

I've tried using the fixprams batch file but it's not helping.

The basic's of the site are running.

TQ
UPdate: Cracked it, it was lang_custom, Lang_cached that did the trick
