I have been looking through the posts and have not found an answer to this: On installation is there a configuration for a single left side panel.

If not then I guess it can be configured after installation? I know there are single side panel ocP sites out there and if someone remembers how they did it I would like to know. Thanks!

I use just the left side on mine (see signature). All you have to do is click "Edit in zone editor" on either side and remove all blocks and info from the right panel. When you save, your center area will then take over the right side as well…. looking as if you've not had a right panel… like on my site. :)

Is that what you were referring to?

Again, an amazingly simple ocPortal procedure explained clearly by a user. Thanks Eric!

Yup, exactly the way I achieved my layout.

Only one small irritation: when editing the remaining panels, the mouse-work has to be precise or the 'blank' right panel expands in the hope that you might want to add something to it.

 :o

Take my advice. I'm not using it!

It just feels jealous is all. It see's the left panel and center gettin all the attention and so desperatly wants in the action that the slightest hint of your mouse possibly going towards it gets ole roght pannel all excited.
