Galleries links have dropped thrugh the floor

I've upgraded finally to 5.01 and for the most part it went well. I have one page that is really strange - take a look and maybe you know what happened:
http://prehistoricsillustrated.com/site/index.php?page=galleries&type=misc&id=root

You see the sub-gallery links are way down the page - they used to be under the first rectangular block with the green lettering. What is going on with the B-I-G space?

Also the representative images are now tiny and the descriptions have all been truncated - don't have any clue what changed these?

And wow the ADMIN ZONE is really S-L-O-W

On ".category_entry" removing "clear: both" seems to fix it. Probably some incompatible between our CSS changes and yours.

As for Admin Zone – seemed fast when I tried now? (I still have access). That said, performance improvements are coming in the next patch release.

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Thanks, that removes the gap.
and I found the CSS limiting the image size. Changed it from 150px to 350px but now I have a checkerboard display going on.

I went back in and reduced the image width from 350px down to 250px. Tried 300px and that seemed to work untill the the screen display size was increased - each beyond a certain point became to distort or change the position of the series of images.
