While trying to un-install a few addons, I get this error: (xxxx = depends on which addon I was trying to un-install.) If I try a bulk un-install I don't get this error, but going back to the addon list, those addons are still there. So, I guess what I need to know is, how do I rebuild the archives, and why does this happen? Thanks! Steve

If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |

I agree, ocPortal support and dev is great! And, as I'm learning, so are the other members on here.

I just finished upgrading to 7.1.1. The un-install errors are gone! But, unfortunately, the un-install didn't work (bulk or single). How can I verify that these addons are actually there? And if not there, how can I manually remove the entry to reflect the actual condition?

Using the check boxes and uninstall button, uninstalling does not work. Uninstalling individually by using the red X does work.

Regarding problems uninstalling, that could be due to some previous corruption of the packages in earlier bugs so if it's no longer an issue for you we'll ignore that. In the next few days I'll visit the addon page and try a few installs and uninstalls, both bulk and individual, and report back since I now have a clean slate to work with. Thanks, Chris, for the feedback!

I finally got around to to testing the addons uninstall problem, and can report all is working correctly with both bulk and individual install and deletes.
