Hi,

It'll be the RSS block- just edit that page and pull it out of the Comcode :). Probably when you installed and ran the Setup Wizard you picked RSS and the default feed pulled is our own.

  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about ocPortal whenever you see the opportunity.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Yes I did and thought that it will be my RSS

1.Now "RSS display" is set "to not use" and this don't help
2. In Block Options there is not about RSS

3. "just edit that page and pull it out of the Comcodee" - I can't edit - this isn't my comcode page
Not sure, I understand what to do?

Where to go?

Maybe if you attach a screenshot of what you see, we can advise.

Hi,

Okay, I think you just need to login, make sure you're on that page (I think clicking the logo will take you to it), and then click "Edit this page". Then you can edit the Comcode there.

Before it sounds like you were trying to run the Setup Wizard. Really the Setup Wizard is not a good way to edit existing pages, and it may have been acting on your site zone's start page rather than this page (the welcome zone start page).
