Trying to set up ocPortal for the first time . . .

Hi,

I am installing ocPortal for the first time. It has been 'successfully installed' however I cannot seem to launch the program - pages cannot be found. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Matt.

Did this happen even when you clicked through the link given after installation?

What's the exact error message shown?

Hi Chris,

I installed via FTP, configured and was advised the install was successful.

After install - this is all I can see of ocPortal: A site about ??? - (unnamed)

I thought it may be a permissions issue so set the relevant permissions to 777 & 666 as advised in the installation instructions, however that doesn't appear to have helped.

Any ideas?

Matt.

The web server has case-sensitive filenames. You uploaded to 'Portal' and put 'portal' in the base URL.
