Whilst editing a comcode block, I noticed a curious bug. If I upload an image as an attachment and I select that it be displayed as full-size, there are no problems. If I however want to display said-image as thumbnail instead (in the exact same location), nothing appears. It seems to be a consistent problem.

Does anyone have a working solution to this dilema?

TIA

I wonder if GD is not on your server. If you go to Admin Zone > Tools > PHP info, it should list GD somewhere in there.

I just had a quick look on your site, but the server was so slow I'm afraid I couldn't even preview a post. I noticed it is performing very erratically. For example, I looked at the query log to see if database load was an issue - one query took 4 seconds, even though it was working on an empty table (i.e. should have been instant). When I refreshed it was normal again. So something is really wrong with this server, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was just something like it stalling during thumbnail generation, or stalling during loading the thumbnail. To be honest, you must have a lot of patience to not be driven crazy already ;).

Don't worry, crazy happened a long time ago :p I was on my way over here to tell you I think I solved the problem when I read this (not too sure if the email notification is working…)

Vps or not, I believe I'll be switching over to elief much sooner than later? Got an affiliate code? Might as well support the program where I can.

I believe I just figured out the problem with GD. While php info says it's active, it wasn't activated in the configuration menu…I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is all it was.
