I have been getting this error when I try to save something on my website

Unrecognised XML in /home/davidlfr/public_html/persistant_cache/ocp5_cache/cached_for=side_users_online,identifier=6956929ab8338f77a46b718ddb4a94dd,lang=EN,the_theme=theblues.xml (version: 8.0.1, PHP version: 5.2.17, URL: /cms/index.php?page=cms_comcode_pages&type=__ed&wide=1&keep_fatalistic=1)

I would include the stack trace except I keep getting this error on ocPortal's FORUM

There is an error (A syntax error was found inside a tag's attribute definition (attribute Me" of tag block)) in your Comcode at line 910.

Looks like the file-system cache has corrupted.

Try disabling the 'File-system caching' option, we don't really recommend it as this can happen in some rare circumstances.

Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > Site options > Caches.

I did what you said and now I can save pages and such however when I use a mail form and either preview or send the message I am getting this message

Stack Trace

An error has occurred

PHP ERROR [1] Call to undefined function mail_wrap() in sources/blocks/main_contact_us.php on line 85 (version: 8.0.1, PHP version: 5.2.17, URL: /index.php?page=buying_my_artwork&redirected=1&keep_fatalistic=1)

You have turned on stack traces for all errors, via having keep_fatalistic=1 in the URL. This means that this may not actually be a fatal error, you have just asked for it to be presented as such (perhaps to help you find where it came from).

Here is the stack trace:

Below is a stack trace revealing the state the software was in when the error occurred. If this represents a bug in the unmodified software, you may want to check ocPortal website for a fix, and if there isn't one, report this as a bug. Please note that merely posting a stack trace is not sufficient for us to solve your problem; the stack trace is just an aid that presents us with additional information. We still need to know the error message, what you tried to do, how you tried to do it, version numbers, and any other appropriate information.
We apologise for this problem and if it's a bug we hope you will work with us so that we can fix it for you promptly.

To make it a bit weirder I am getting the stack trace on one computer but but on another.

Getting it on Windows XP with Firefox
Not getting it on Windows VISTA with Firefox

Even after I cleared both the computer's cache etc.

If that helps?
