I have some questions:

  1. I can't delete comcode page.

For instance I want to delete my comcode page. If I go to that page (inside) and click button on the end of page, later confirm deleting, this page appears again

2. Another question: I have classified my page to Site zone and want to change to another. Is it possible to do it to comcode page or I should delete and create new in my desired zone ?

I hope, you understand my questions (if I have expressed not correctly)

Hi,

1- I seem to recall there being a bug here. Please try using the Site Tree Editor to delete the page.

2- You can also drag pages around between zones in the Site Tree Editor to move them.

Hi,

Could it be because the custom pages are shown separately? (i.e. the order isn't wholly alphabetical).

What I should do? How to find those pages in Site tree editor?
"order isn't wholly alphabetical" - how I can do it alphabetical ?

You pasted 5 pages from the site tree editor above, but I'm saying the site tree editor probably does have a node for the page just not in the position you'd expect if you were going alphabetically.

Than what to do?
Did you read my note in last picture (in red)?

Sorry, but I don't understand what is wrong and what to do to see my comcode files in tree editor.

Maybe I can delete my pages through FTP? Where they are?
I found in Site/pages/comcode_custom/LT

I have deleted one and it seems I suceeded. IS this OK to delete in this way?

Perhaps if you attached a full screen shot of what you see in the site tree editor that would help us see/answer. There are Firefox plugins that can take a screenshot of everything on a page to help with that.

Hi,

I see, yes, definitely not there.

Are you sure the page isn't already deleted? The bug with deletion from the Comcode Page Editor may have just been it not reported success correctly.

  1. Yes, it is really deleted comcode page "site:kasdar"
When I opened URL with "site:kasdar" it wasn't find

I don't see for a while some error on website….Did I bad thing by deleting through FTP?

P.S. I do not se some comcode pages which I have created in Site tree editor, no one ! Why?

2. I am afraid about other problem which can be. As you see on the image, I have translated Site, Forum and other titles on blue top border

and when I opened comcode "Add page wizard" I see: that there are also not Site zone but my translated "Pradzia" although in "Edit comcode page manager" - I see word Site,
How it affect on ocportal, url and other things?

Did I nonsence?
I looked in menu editor, there is URL with word Site: although pages in browser opens normal

Hi,

It is possible this is a bug. I wasn't sure so I was stepping through the possible causes. But if there are lots of pages you can't see it is likely there is an error in the XML feed the site tree editor uses that makes it only partly show.
I am happy to take a look. If you'd like me to please open a bug report ticket (through support) and give FTP details so we can debug.

As for translation…

That's fine. The zone name is different to the zone title. The zone name is used in URLs and is a directory name on the server. The title is what is shown to users.

As for deleting Comcode Pages via FTP…

That's fine, I was going to suggest this myself.

I've checked the code, and one possible cause is if you have a page name with a strange character in (like < > " or &).

I will do it, thanks ! My OCportal is installed in folder not in root. Maybe this is a reason?

Ok, solved :).

ocPortal only found pages that were in the site's language, but your pages were in Lithuanian whilst your site default language is still English.

I have made ocPortal search all languages now.

Lol, you just answered your own question - you used config_editor.php to change the default language.

It was a PHP change -- consider it a bug fix. Will also be in the next patch release.
