I guess a warning in your line of work tends tomean 'run for cover'. Fortunately it's not so severe when it comes to computers ;).

I'll point out that beyond using themegen to change the color scheme, you're going to need a knowledge of HTML and CSS if you want to make some significant changes. There are tutorials all over the internet if you'd like to learn (I like www.htmlgoodies.com, personally).

And if my GFX Artist gets the hang of it, im sure she will release some skins / themes on this website. Offcourse a few will remain solely to our Clan Site, but i hope she make's alot of skins.

Good luck with it bro. Its not so easy actually. Atleast after playing with the files for several hours I actually learned how to remove the links at the top and put in my own flash drop down menu. But its weird, as soon as I clicked a link in it, it dissapeared for a while.

So i dunno. Good luck to everyone on that part…

Well-settled

Well with a few evening's work (about 10 I think…) I did this: StrategyCore.co.uk - Core Games for Strategy Gamers

But since I've done a previous design for that site in a previous version of ocPortal, I knew pretty much where to look for stuff :)

The Last Outpost - Entertainment news, reviews, previews & interviews. No holds barred - big boys' language in use!

I'm not going to speculate on what exactly is going on here, but I'll point out - a whole heck of a lot of ocPortal problems can be fixed just by emptying your caches. You can do this via "Tools" -> "ocPortal Tuneup" in the adminzone, or by going to /force_upgrade.php, or tagging on &keep_nocache=1 at the end of your address bar (if there's a ? in the address bar already).

Really - when in doubt, dump your caches. This solves most problems I have. It's now a habit for me to try dumping caches before filing a bug report.

Damn bro, thats excellent work! I dont think I could ever get something done that good…he should deffinatly make some for the site…that would be sweet.

@Allen, lol was never a bug report. I was simply believing I did something wrong. Ill try the cache dump, see what happens. Thanks.
