How to Force settings on "Users online" and "shoutBox" ?

Hello, i love OCportal :)

I found out that to show "users online' you have to press the little blue arrow.
Also, to show "ShoutBox" you also have to press the blue button to show the messages.


I want a way to 'freeze' them when expanded..

Can anybody help me point at where you can modify the little "Shoutbox" to stay open ?
And the little "users online" also to stay open ?

adminzone>configuration>theme options

Uncheck where it says "Allow boxes on side panels to collapse".

Brilliant Brian, I was looking for that myself but gave up looking, and i looked at that option a dozen times, it just didn't register, god I am so ditzy at times.
