I am getting the following error email each time I enter the admin zone:

The full error details follow:

An error occurred trying to download/parse an RSS feed (http://ocportal.com/backend.php?mode=news&type=rss&filter=1,2,3,29&days=100): Could not open the RSS/Atom stream, http://ocportal.com/backend.php?mode=news&type=rss&filter=1,2,3,29&days=100 [could not connect to host (Connection timed out)]

This just started happening today but the strange thing is that I don't have any RSS feeds enabled.
