I have uploaded two MP3 files to "admins gallery"

After I have uploaded them and click "View this" the MP3 loads and plays as in Picture 1 attachment.

If I go to the gallerys through the Left Menu "galleries" I get a different view (Picture 3 attachment) where the file does not load and the player gives a 404 error. As you can see I am in exactly the same place "Admins gallery" but it is a different screen where the MP3 does not load.

Any help on this ?

Hi Chris,

Is that you up there :)?

Looking into this now.

p.s. Your name confuses me, as I'm "Chris G"  :lol:.

Hi Chris,

This is a bug. The fix is to change lines 539-541 of site/pages/modules/galleries.php from:

Code

            $thumb=do_template($tpl,array('URL'=>$url,'WIDTH'=>strval($row['video_width']),'HEIGHT'=>strval($row['video_height']),'MIME_TYPE'=>$mime_type));
            $view_url='';
            $full_url=url_is_local($url)?(get_custom_base_url().'/'.$url):$url;
to:

Code

            $full_url=url_is_local($url)?(get_custom_base_url().'/'.$url):$url;
            $thumb=do_template($tpl,array('URL'=>$full_url,'WIDTH'=>strval($row['video_width']),'HEIGHT'=>strval($row['video_height']),'MIME_TYPE'=>$mime_type));
            $view_url='';

(The fact that you see two different screens is incidental - you reached the full view screen probably by clicking 'View this' after adding the video. However because the gallery you submitted to is set to 'flow mode' one wouldn't usually reach this screen - one usually has the gallery entries in-line within the gallery.)
