Not finding sub forums

Hi there all,

I have just found one issue that I am not sure why it has happened, since the upgrade from Beta2 to RC1 I noticed that if I go to the forum (Our One) and thry and go further then the main categories, I will get a page not found ??? Is there something I need to run to let is all sync ?
Thanks
Slav

I think it is you need to recreate your .htaccess file. I forgot about this, I'll add it to the upgrade instructions.

  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about ocPortal whenever you see the opportunity.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.. Okay well now I am lost…. Not sure what I should do here.
The one thing I have noticed that If I go to each category and press the edit button and then save it it all works fo rthat sub forum etc etc.

I put some more info in the pinned topic. Let us know if it doesn't work.
