Ooops.
Anyone know what line (approx.) I could find the code in the global.css to put the background back in the forum posting box?

That's a 'toughie' as that particular box is controlled by the CSS in ckEditor, and I don't think you could have tinkered with that without knowing you had.

There are a few lines in global.css where textarea is called, and you might want to try them, one at a time, until you've restored your display.

From where I am sat, it would be preferable to roll back the edits in the Admin zone until you get back to where you 'edited' that particular property. Of course, other edits will also be restored to what they were before, but that shouldn't be too difficult a task to identify them and fix them again.

Good luck!

Take my advice. I'm not using it!

You can find it using the inbuilt contextual css editor.

Select "contextual css editor: global.css" from the admin tool drop down list at the bottom left of the page to launch the tool, then move your mouse over the selected area to identify and edit the css that is used.

THANKS!

That CSS editor is a pretty cool tool.

Appreciate the help. Not sure if it is something I did or not, but as long as visitors can SEE to type text, that's all I'm concerned with.

Have a great day!
