FTP and forum database password change apparently broke forum module

A couple days ago I changed our under-construction site FTP password and forum database password to make them stronger. A couple days later when I happened to check the forums section, I saw this error:

PHP ERROR [1] Call to undefined function is_wide_high() in /home/saiva/public_html/sources/ocf_general.php on line 178 (version: 5.0.3, PHP version: 5.3.5, URL: /forum/index.php?page=forumview).

Are these related? I don't know what to do.
Thanks in advance for any help.

This error suggests that the sources/support.php file could be corrupt. That file defines what it says is missing there and should load far before ocf_general.php which is trying to use it.
So I'd try reuploading this file from the manual installer package for this version.

My other immediate thought, is that if you have changed your forum database password, and the site and forum databases are the same, whether you also needed to change the site password in the configuration too.

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.

Yes, the site and forum databases are the same. I think we changed the passwords improperly.

In any case, I reuploaded support.php file as you suggested and that fixed the issue. Thank you, Chris.
