Hi Does anyone know if it is possible to force users accross the site to re-agree to the site rules next time they log in.

I am changing the site rules and want to make sure everyone agrees to the new ones.

i can

Reset agreement of introduction rules / password

for each forum but i was wondering if this can be done site wide

No, but you could send a newsletter or dump some rules on the root forum.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall at least the forums having the ability to make users rear or review and agree before viewing and posting again.

Yes, however he's talking about the rules page agreed to when joining rather than the per-forum rules.
