Well-settled

I'm sure this is a simple questions but it one of those things that makes me scratch my head over O_o

I've tried to get a grasp on this and I know it's easy but for some reason I can never get the results I want?
Can somebody show me a quick example (or screen shot?) to show the use of these filters in this block…Please :$

I'll eventually get all this down…..

I use the main_fader_block which is similar to the content block… I use it three times in a row filtering specific galleries for each.

e-portfolio - Eric DeMars . com

First fader only grabs my DTP images, second grabs my multimedia images and videos, and last one grabs my web design images. I just find the id number for each category and plug them into the filters where appropriate.

On another site (private), I've implemented the main_content_block featuring members in a usergroup. It filters from only 1 usergroup and randomly displays a member in a block.

You just add the id number(s) of the category for your videos in the filter that you want to only show.

Thanx Eric,
I have the  main_fader_block figured out and I like how you used them on your site    .

Yes I have but with the gallery the IDs are not numeric….correct?

I'm getting the id's correct I think I'm just messing up on the syntax for the ocFilter…..hmmm!

I'll keep trying until I figure it out.
