Fan in action

I've managed to get a link to an external URL working (external to OCportal but not the site url) except for the menus but I need it to display in the main window rather than taking up the entire page. As if this was frames based and I can use the "target frame" tag. I've spent most of today trying to find away but can not.

I really need to keep the entire site wrapped in OCportal

The reason is because I'm trying to put together a site that is heavy photography and video and OCportal is a bit tough to use in this type of environment. On one of my other sites I use a program called Gallery2 and this has all the bells and whistles I need.

So I'm looking to use Gallery2 for all the photography and videos and OCportal as the Master Web Site.

This is difficult to achieve unfortunately (unavoidably), requiring a high level of technical skill. We do have a tutorial that discussions the issues up though:

Was I helpful?
  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about ocPortal whenever you see the opportunity.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

I agree with the writer, that the photographic possibilities is not so really good, but what I have done is the following:

I installed Zenphoto as front and linked to OCportal and back. So I 'am happy
