I have disable the "Delete own member account" in Global privileges. However, the link to "Delete member" still appears in the 'Account' section of the member profile. When chosen, there is an error message stating that the member "does not have access to this page" however the link should not be displayed in the first place which would eliminate any confusion.

The same issue also applies to "Edit title".

I've raised a few of these which were fixed, and I know there are a few menu items around which I haven't raised only because I couldn't remember exactly which ones.

Do you have a Samsung Galaxy S / Galaxy S II ? If so, why not check out my ScreenFree FM Radio .

Because the menus can't check privileges (only page view permissions), you can either also deny permissions on the page itself, or you can just remove it from the menu.

I am not sure we are talking about the same thing. I have removed the entries in the menu editor and I have also denied view access to the modules.

The links I am talking about are part of the member profile but it seems like they should still follow permissions.

Any way to make these disappear?

Thanks for any help.

Bob

The "Edit title" link is still not respecting privileges in 7.1.
