I managed to get the answer which is there was an update.

I have done the upgrade but what worries me now if you do a file check it comes up with ..

"These files are outdated (you can find the correct versions in the manual installer ZIP for the version you're running; ignore any files that you have knowingly replaced as official bug fixes):

    * sources/hooks/systems/addon_registry/linux_helper_scripts.ph
p
    * sources/hooks/systems/addon_registry/core_awards.php
    * themes/default/templates/AWARDED_CONTENT.tpl
    * themes/default/templates/BLOCK_MAIN_CONTENT.tpl
    * adminzone/pages/modules/admin_awards.php
    * sources/blocks/main_awards.php
    * sources/awards.php
    * site/pages/modules/awards.php
    * lang/EN/awards.ini
    * sources/hooks/blocks/main_staff_checklist/awards.php
    * sources/blocks/main_content.php
    * sources/hooks/systems/config_default/system_flagrant.php
    * sources/hooks/systems/addon_registry/flagrant.php
    * sources/hooks/modules/admin_import_types/flagrant.php
    * themes/default/templates/FLAGRANT_DETAILS.tpl
    * adminzone/pages/modules/admin_flagrant.php
    * sources/flagrant.php
    * sources/hooks/blocks/main_staff_checklist/flagrant.php
    * sources/hooks/modules/pointstore/flagrant.php
    * sources/hooks/systems/addon_registry/zone_jump_block.php
    * sources/blocks/side_zone_jump.php"

But the list is even longer. Shouldnt they all just disapear?

Or do I need to uploAd all the files manually again.

I have just re upped all the files manually
And in admin I get this message on the bottom
XML error when parsing RSS/Atom stream: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 151

and on the front page it says
A page (ticket) was referenced that does not exist

The 'ticket' issue is a broken menu link that has existed for a very long time, but 5 (and 4.3) make it more apparent.
Fairly simple menu edit- it should be tickets not ticket.

I'll look into the RSS issue. This seems to be very intermittent.

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

The menu item probably has a caption of 'Support Tickets' (IIRC). If you click on it the page-link will appear and be where the error is.
