You need to add the menu block to where you want it via the zone editor.

You see, every time you make a new menu, you are making a menu block. Simply go to Structure, Zone Editor, and edit the zone(s) you wish the new menu to appear in. If you want the menu in the left block, you edit the left panel, select the Add Block button, and scroll looking for  side_stored_menu.

You will be able to set the different functions there, like what menu it is, if it is tray open or closed, and so forth, and can preview the block before settling on it.

But there isn't left panel in zone editor:
If I go to SITE (my comcodes are there), I get main page only with buttons, nothing to do…

That is because you have got to first choose a zone.

If you want your menu to appear in the front page, for example, you'd choose either welcome or site.

You will see your panels in those zones once you chose one and hit proceed.

I think, I got something

Strange, I got menu but when I click I can open only submeniu link, but not main link although I added link

There is written:

Branches may be initially expanded or contracted branches, or just simple links. For flat menu types (zone, embossed, select, top), this option will be ignored and child entries will be skipped.

What ever I choose, expanded or contracted I can't open a link for Sveikata, but can open child entry Akys

Hi Beata,

You can add a new menu block and edit it to show your own menu.

Click on "edit" as per enclosed image. You should see a list of blocks already installed. Place your cursor where you want the new block to be inserted and click the "Add Block Button". Choose the Menu Block.

You must be logged-in as an Administrator with all the editing rights.
That's the only explanation I can think of to not see these links.

Please note that the link "Sveikata" is not a link but a menu group based on the menu type you choose.

One idea you may want to try instead is to create a different menu block altogether, by creating a menu called by whatever name, and add your links into it.

Then you can go in that page you have shown (zone editor).

Once there, you see the top tabs that say preview, edit and details? Hit edit there, add block to where you want it to show up, and add your new menu block there.
