I made a number of page out of the interface in notepad++ and saved them to /public_html/pages/html_custom/EN now how do I get the keyword generated?

Why are Comcode pages stored as files?
This is because a number of them need to be provided by default, so that they may easily be created and edited in a text editor, and so that they may easily be transferred between portals.

only works when editing inside ocportal. If you do an empty edit it will do it

they are stored as files because ocPortal has different kinds of pages (some PHP, some not), all disk based, for consistency

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
