Hi All,

I am setting up Classified ads using Paypal's sandbox, a classified catalogue and the non-bundled classified-ad addon.

The transaction completes but when returning to the site it presents:
The website software has detected what may be a hacking attempt. Please do not be alarmed… etc.

The page it's trying to return to is:
/index.php?page=purchase&type=finish&product=CLASSIFIEDS_ADVERT_6&from=paypal

A couple of related questions:
Is there any built-in audit/log of these transaction for administrators?
Can I put this catalogue in it's own Zone?

Thanks for your help.

TQ

If you turn on "Hacker/bot detected" for yourself you'll be emailed a stack trace.

Yes, there's a log for transactions.

You can do various things to make almost any module run in any or multiple zones, but that would be quite a long explanation of adding the zone, adding a transparent redirect, making sure your navigation links consistently, and editing the breadcrumb XML.

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Got that now. didn't seem to work on my test site but on the live site it's as it should be.

Fixed: Added sandbox.paypal.com to the "Form-posting partner sites"

Tnx

Ah good :).

You can find more details about complex redirects etc in the v10 docs, they contain a lot more material and most applies to v9 too. I think the site structure tutorial has something about it.
