My hosting account has my main domain root. I'm using an add on domain. When you put in an add on domain it creates a new folder, which is:
visitwoodhaven.com

visitwoodhaven.com is my domain and path!

For the ftp path I've tried:
/visitwoodhaven.com
visitwoodhaven.com
/visitwoodhaven.com/
/

Nothing will work! It keeps saying my path is incorrect!
Even my host is confused…
Please help!

Are you using our copy-to-hosting installer, or using the quick/manual installer yourself?

I'm using your quick installer. The one with the 2 files that you upload to your server.

Try setting the FTP path to the tree of directories through which you navigate when you connect to your website's FTP using a normal FTP client.

e.g. Many FTP clients will first connect to /var/www/yourusername/, when your site is hosted at /var/www/yourusername/httpdocs/visitwoodhaven.com/. In this case, you should set the FTP path to ./httpdocs/visitwoodhaven.com/.

If you can't get that to work, then it may be easier to just use the manual installer.
