can't get javascript widget to display

Hi

I have included an RSS blog feeder widget into my sidebar on the homepage but it does not display the content. It does allocate the space, i.e., the column is there with blank space and I receive an error message at the top that says "Please specify the URL". Here is the snippet of code -
<!-- start feedwind code -->
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
rssmikle_url="http://ycommunicate.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss";
rssmikle_frame_width="150";
rssmikle_frame_height="800";
rssmikle_target="_blank";
rssmikle_font="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif";
rssmikle_font_size="12";
rssmikle_border="on";
rssmikle_css_url="";
autoscroll="off";
rssmikle_title="on";
rssmikle_title_bgcolor="#0066FF";
rssmikle_title_color="#FFFFFF";
rssmikle_title_bgimage="http://";
rssmikle_item_bgcolor="#E3E3E3";
rssmikle_item_bgimage="http://";
rssmikle_item_title_length="55";
rssmikle_item_title_color="#666666";
rssmikle_item_border_bottom="on";
rssmikle_item_description="on";
rssmikle_item_description_length="200";
rssmikle_item_description_color="#666666";
rssmikle_item_date="gl1";
rssmikle_item_description_tag="off";
rssmikle_item_podcast="off";
//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://widget.feed.mikle.com/js/rssmikle.js"></script>
<div style="font-size:10px; text-align:right;">
<a href="http://feed.mikle.com/" target="_blank" style="color:#CCCCCC;">RSS widget</a>
<!--Please display the above link in your web page according to Terms of Service.-->
</div>
<!-- end feedwind code -->

Everything displays nicely on the website where the code is generated and previewed.

Anyone have any advice? Is this due to a missing OCPortal setting or bad code?

Cheers,  Doug

Try enveloping the script in 'semihtml' … '/semihtml' - or - 'html' … '/html' tags, and see if that resoves your problem!

Take my advice. I'm not using it!
