Is there a way to block users to not see the join date for all members?

Not only in the profile but in the members link as well.

It could be done in pure templates but would take a lot of explaining. It'd be easier just to edit the site/pages/modules/members.php file.
These lines would need editing:

Code

$fields_title=results_field_title(array(do_lang_tempcode('USERNAME'),do_lang_tempcode('PRIMARY_GROUP'),do_lang_tempcode('COUNT_POSTS'),do_lang_tempcode('JOIN_DATE')),$sortables,'md_sort',$sortable.' '.$sort_order);

Code

$members->attach(results_entry(array($link,$primary_group,integer_format($row['m_cache_num_posts']),escape_html(get_timezoned_date($row['m_join_time'])))));
i.e. ripping bits out.

I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.

ok found the page, tried to take out some of the information concerning join_time. I'm getting errors on the "$members->attach(results_entry(array($link,$primary_group,i
nteger_format($row['m_cache_num_posts']),escape_html(get_time
zoned_date($row['m_join_time'])))));"

Line.

Not sure what to take out without causing an error.
