Bail out on Polls

Hi, I'm using Opera & Firefox to test this, but clicking "View" on a polls produces; Im using OCPortal 9 beta3 btw

This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.

In addition, using either browser, you cannot vote. You select the appropriate answer, click "Vote" and nothing happens other than the radio boxes are all false value.

This should be fixed now, I think it may be v9-gold that fixed it. The bug also affected v8.1.3 I think.

Looking in the tracker for the fix, that one jumped out at me a few times, but I ignored it.
