Hi,

The first thing to try is renaming recommended.htaccess to .htaccess. This will try and set a higher memory limit.

If that doesn't work please post your PHP-info (it can be accessed from the 'Tools' section of the Admin Zone). Post it by 'whispering' it to me (click the whisper button under this post).

You can ignore the install problem. I wasn't aware of the error message until now, but that file shouldn't be there anyway.

Hi,

I can't see anything in that configuration (whispered to me) that could cause a problem, in fact it looks ideal.

Before you get a blank screen, is there a consistent amount of time that the page tries to load, or is it inconsistent, or is it instant?

If you look at the HTML of the blank screen is it also blank?

No, that should be fine. If you'd like me to run some tests on the server please email FTP details to chris@ocportal.com.
