Hi,
I have updated ocportal with the last patch. Now after I trie to edit the page or a page tree, I get the same answer:
The requested URL /site/index.php was not found on this server.

when when I click on Edit or Edit tree I get to the strange address, like Critical error

the end of it on a status bar is shown as 1/119

There must be an error in the code

Hi,

Yes, there was a small error. ocPortal assumed that the site zone exists, and found a CEDI module in the site zone, so tried to link to it. However, you've removed that zone and it only found the module in the zones directory because that's where the new version of the file has gone.
To fix the problem move the site/pages/modules/cedi.php file to replace the copy you have in your encyclopedia zone.

The next patch release will remove the assumption that the site zone exists.

I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

(The strange URLs are correct, and are like that to work around a problem we experienced with the Apache mod_rewrite module.)
