I am trying to set up the site and have battled many things to get as far as I have…but just curious as to 2 things.

I originally set up a subscription of $29.95 for my site but then decided to change it to $19.95.
The problem I am having is that once I create the page I can't delete the $29.95 option to which I don't want on there…

I go into the edit subscriptions but have no option to delete the subscription itself…

How do I delete the subscription I don't want?

Also, I am trying to make a member who signed up a Super Moderator but she always shows up as a noob…how can I change that to where her primary account is Super Moderator instead of it being her secondary?

Thanks in advance!

The deletion problem is a bug, please change line 572 of adminzone/pages/modules/admin_ecommerce.php from:

Code

      return array($fields,new ocp_tempcode(),$delete_fields,NULL,true);
to:

Code

      return array($fields,new ocp_tempcode(),$delete_fields,NULL,!is_null($delete_fields));

Also, I am trying to make a member who signed up a Super Moderator but she always shows up as a noob…how can I change that to where her primary account is Super Moderator instead of it being her secondary?

Did you make super moderator a group available on the join form/default group? Probably not a good idea, as this group has Admin Zone access.
Regardless/otherwise if you can tell us more about how this member gets/should-get into this group it'd help (e.g. a screen shot of the group's edit screen if you've tried to set something on there).

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.

Yeah

Thanks man, I was going mad with that subscription deletion thing…I was like why can't I delete it!!!!

But it works now…thank you so much!!!!

Part 2:

Basically, she signed up as a regular member. Then I had her request to join the super mod group. But when you look at her primary grouping she still shows as a newbie but as a secondary she shows up as a super mod but in the forums she still comes up when she posts as Newbie…

I'll get a screen shot for ya…

Right now this is how she looks in my members page. Newbie ( Want to change that to where it says Super Mod)

This is showing her primary group as Newbie

This is showing her secondary group as a super mod.

Basically I want to show her as a Super Mod and Not a Newbie.

Well-settled

Hi mecanx,

You need to go change group via editing her profile and then remove her from the secondary group.
