trying to center a slider

I have a slider that I installed in the custom-comcode. It works great, except I can't seem to center it. It will eventually be bigger, but that is beside the point. Please help!   www.illuminatenc.com
.
I have unsuccessfully tried the following in the comcode page:
"
[slideshow][/slideshow]
"
"<div>
[slideshow][/slideshow]
</div>"
"<div style="text-align: center;">[slideshow][/slideshow]</div>"

Thanks for any assistance!

In HTML, you can't pad using spaces as multiple spaces are simply ignored.

The following should work:

Code

<div style="text-align:center;">
   <div style="display:inline-block;">
      [slideshow][/slideshow]
   </div>
</div>

That worked perfectly. Thank you so much!

Just as a side note to make myself feel better- there were no spaces between the quotes when I submitted the post! The first two 'fails' were formatted just like the third. Also interesting is that I had to use a period to skip a line to create a new paragraph- which I am not having to do right now…

Thank you again! You guys are awesome! Temp1024, you are particularly awesome at the moment!!! I'm in the 'quick reply' section. Is there a 'mark as SOLVED' button that I'm not seeing?

Nope, just edit your first post and add SOLVED to the front of the title.
