Is there a way to link to a specific ticket type in the support ticket system?

Try adding &default=2 where 2 is the ID of a ticket type (findable by looking at what values are in the HTML list).

Nope, didn't work.  Even tired: &ticket_type=2 where 2 = ID

I just tested and it seemed to work. But note:
  1. We are talking about links directly to the add ticket screen (it won't propagate through from the support tickets listing).
  2. The ID numbers are actually not counting from 1, as they are language string IDs. It will be more like 919.

I think I can see what's wrong here.

duder911 and myself both either seem to have been working off the code, or testing on v10…

in v9, this undocumented feature isn't working due to a type-strictness error in the code.

I think you were looking at the code too (site/pages/modules/tickets.php).

Change get_param('default','') to get_param_integer('default',NULL).

Sorry it took so long to get back.  Had an admin of the site I had to smack around for doing something that brought the site down.

Chris - your changes worked.  Thanks.
