This didn't get fixed in 9.0.4.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the original thread, so I've flagged it up again …

I just did a test, and the expansion-state memory didn't work right (not surprising as that's not really promoted as a feature now in v9 - but it should have worked). Once I fixed that all was okay. It's not the issue you had, which I do think I fixed, but perhaps you have the old JAVASCRIPT.tpl as an override.

Here's the fixed JAVASCRIPT.tpl:
Attachment
» Download: JAVASCRIPT.tpl (97 Kb, 93 downloads so far)

For reference, here was my test Comcode:

Code

[box="testa" options="tray_open"]
a
[/box]
[box="testb" options="tray_closed"]
b
[/box]

If it's still playing up, please open a bug report ticket so I can have a direct look for you.

Was I helpful?
  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about Composr whenever you see the opportunity or support me on Patreon.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

There WAS an override in place, but I'd checked it carefully for this specific issue - or as much as I was able to understand!

The 'fix' differed from the override in several areas, none of which have been giving hassle, however, the 'contract/expand' calls were not in my override, and once diff-checked and 'updated' the override in my custom folder is now playing nicely again!

thanks
