What missing file(s) will make this go away?
A language entry is missing: TRACK_RESOURCE

I ran a file integrity scan but found nothing missing.

add "TRACK_RESOURCE=Track resource" to global.ini

That'll do it. I searched the v7 code and this was referenced in BLOCK_MAIN_CONTACT_US.tpl, I guess you might have overridden it.

I never thought about grepping code. Sometimes I think too much outside the box and forget about whats inside the box.

Must have been something I did back in v7 that didn't show up until the upgrade as this error appears in 2 test sites and my live site.

I just upgraded to 8.1 from 8.0.1 and that error is back. I looked in "BLOCK_MAIN_CONTACT_US.tpl" and there is no reference to "TRACK_RESOURCE". I'm getting this only on CEDI pages.

Also when clicking on the "Track this" button on a CEDI page I'm getting "The requested page (tracking) is missing." error. Could this be related?

Erm, all I can think is if you have the old tracking addon we had for v7 installed.

Nope -- that addon is dead now. Notifications from v8 replaced all forms of tracking and staff mails with a much better unified system.

Yes, remove the addon- and manually delete themes/default/templates_custom/CEDI_PAGE_SCREEN.tpl.
