Still not clear as to your question, but if you mean you wish to use (or you are already using) 3rd party add-ons for IM and CHAT, then they should bring their own files with them.

If they don't, it would make sense to incorporate ocPortal's 'rules' into the programme, for consistency sake.

ah okay. well i wanted a other IM like chat bar maybe new chat room that is java base.. noting more... any other thing i wanted to know if i can join the team for testing / Dev in HTML/PHP and Java? if you are looking for rails or maybe Ajax let me know
