this one: http://ocportal.com/site/downloads/entry/addons/ocportal-8-0/new-features_7/referrals.htm the installation worked successfully i believe (shows up in the addons). but i can not tell how it works. i figure there would be a field in the join registration page to put who referred the registrant...but there isnt. in the instruction, i can not find what is mentioned in #1 in the setup menu. i unzipped referrals.tar file and found the files in #1 and 2 of your instructions but i dont know what to put in #1. can you give an example? i need more detailed instructions please. i would really like to use this on my site as i plan on using referrals as my main source of traffic. sorry, new to ocportal and seeing whether its the cms that fits my needs. i really like it and has so many features. thanks. |

 . All the addons are automatically packaged by a script, so sometimes there are issues in the packagaging process.
If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |

Could it have failed to extract correctly? The code that shows the field is the sources_custom/ocf_join.php file. If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |

do you plan on adding it to the core in the future? i noticed its fairly new.
