add ons I am working on

Total rewrite of the Gallery so it no longer shows a long empty box with only one image on it, also make it so it shows a radmon image aslo Making 3 Gallries next to each other, in  blocks.

Another one is to show the page load time or how long it took to load the page, I am just about done with that one, and should be avalable for download some time this week or next week.

Another one I am doing for fun as I have seen it on other systems is a neat little clock in a block, I started on that one last night, there will be 2 versions digital and analog, the analog one will be a little harder as it needs a different code then the digital.

Those are what I am working on now besides skins/themes.
Hope people will be interested in getting some of these.

Another add on I am working on mainly for my self is a new navigation block where you can put all links for staff only.
The reason for this is I noticed the navigaion ocPortal comes with does not allow you to make links that are admin or staff only so I will be making one.

The gallery packaged with ocPortal is ok, I am looking for one that has the functions/features of Lightbox. Is there one out there?

Have you looked at the 'Lightbox' add-on that comes with ocPortal?

 

Unfortunately, the lightbox add-on does not work on galleries. It works on news posts, forum posts and catalog entries only.

I, too, would like to see lightbox as part of galleries. Then again, I'd really rather see "galleries' as a presentation layer that would run atop specified catalogs so that you could have the benefit of structured data with a nice presentation.

Anybody know if these addons were ever finished? The start date was a long time ago.

I don't think Amy saw these to completion. She now uses something else for her site. I think it's IPBB, but you can check that by clicking on one of her signatures.

Sure miss her around here.
