1. Our forum is not an official support channel (click here for ocProducts' paid support).
   Rather it is an area where community members can support each other, and it is best to help others as much as you yourself are helped – this community works best when users work together for mutual benefit.
   
   For members who we see strongly helping the community, for instance a creating an excellent tutorial, contributing a formal user-testing report, running a successful advocacy drive, or releasing a high-quality theme/addon, there is a far more likely chance the paid staff will be able to consider investing back with some free support.
   
   
   • What if you see us replying to other topics? It is true that ocProducts staff frequently visits these forums and reply to a few topics. But please don't assume we will read your post or necessarily respond. If you need to get in touch, click support at the top of the page.

3. Feedback policy:
   We take your feedback very seriously, so thank you for submitting suggestions. However, it is our official policy to not comment on whether certain feedback will be incorporated into future versions. We have found no matter whether we strongly agree or don't agree, it is counter-productive for us to share speculation on unofficial plans.
   
   To better communicate this, we have prepared an article explaining our feedback policy in better detail.
   
   A good rule of thumb is to assume ocProducts won't necessarily implement your suggested change, so if you need a feature/modification you should look for a way to get it incorporated outside ocPortal's official development cycle. There are a few ways you could do that, such as paying a developer, or nurturing some development skills of your own.
